Why the workshop
The modern workforce is performing but not progressing. Only 18% of individual contributors feel fully engaged, and more than half of Millennials and Gen Z report disconnection at work.
After eighteen years in Fortune 500 roles, I reached that same point, delivering results while feeling increasingly misaligned. Stepping away showed me what sustainable working really requires.
The 7.3 Self-Leadership Workshop exists to help people understand what’s off, reclaim clarity, and lead themselves with agency so they feel engaged, purposeful, and equipped to contribute meaningfully at work and in their life.
Why It’s Called the 7.3 Self-Leadership Workshop
The workshop grew from eight questions I asked myself after leaving corporate life.
Seven found answers. The eighth, “Is perfection keeping you stuck?”, remained unfinished, becoming the 0.3.
That 0.3 is a reminder that self-leadership is ongoing. We learn, adjust, and grow.
The 7.3 Workshop reflects that, giving people tools to move forward even when life isn’t perfect.
